高应力软岩巷道围岩变形机理及支护技术研究

Study on Deformation Mechanism of Surrounding Rock of Roadway in High Stressed Soft Rock and Its Support Technology

摘要:

针对赵固二矿深部高应力软岩巷道围岩变形量大、支护体破坏严重和巷道多次维修的难题,采用实验室测试、理论分析和现场实测的方法,研究了高应力软岩巷道围岩变形机理。研究表明:巷道开挖后短时间内围岩较完整,在高应力、风化和水化共同作用下,巷道浅部围岩力学性质发生了变化,强度迅速降低,围岩变形急剧增加;当支护阻力达到在一定范围时,可有效抑制围岩变形,超过此范围不断增加支护阻力,不能改变围岩的塑性区范围和围岩变形量。研究提出了以快速锚网喷一次支护,并预留520mm大空隙层,二次支护架设U型钢为技术核心的围岩控制方案,现场实践表明:该方案对赵固二矿高应力软岩巷道围岩变形的控制效果较好。

Abstract:

According to the problem of roadway in high stressed soft rock with large deformation of surrounding rock, serious failure of support structure, in spite of roadway maintenance in No.2 coal mine of Zhaogu, deformation mechanism of roadway in high stressed soft rock is studied with the application of laboratory testing, theoretical analysis and field measurement. The result indicates the surrounding rock is integrated in a short time after roadway excavation. But the mechanical properties of shallow part of surrounding rock is changed. Strength decreases rapidly and surrounding rock deformation increases sharply. Support resistance can inhibit the surrounding rock deformation when it reaches some range. However, plastic zone and deformation can’t be changed when the support resistance exceeds the range. The proposed plan on surrounding rock controlling is fast anchor net spray firstly, reservation deformation in 520mm in advance secondary support which uses U-shape steel. Field application shows that the plan can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway in high stressed soft rock.
